This article is bang on. A breath of fresh air. It captures the fundamental irony of the Royal Mail employees refusal to move with the times to protect jobs placing those same jobs in serious jeopardy. I blogged about the fact that despite the history, the Royal Mail is not invulnerable (http://blog.dentconsultancy.com/2009/10/royal-mail-brand-not-invulnerable/) and whilst I don't wish to see it decline, I have to wish Send Social and other new and innovative forms of business and communication good luck.
